Day 8: Matte OMD Challenge

When I was thinking about what to do for the matte challenge I decided that what looks best matte is a glitter polish with patterns drawn over the top. I recently got a Zentangle book after seeing CraftyNail using one of their patterns for a manicure and decided to use a different pattern on each finger.
The base polish is Butter London's The Black Night and I drew on the patterns with my silver Barry M nail art pen then mattified with Mavala's Matt top coat.
I love this :) the patterns translated really well to nail art and my polishing is getting noticeably better (no cleanup required on this whatsoever). The Black Knight is an amazing polish and when it's matte you just see all of the colours of glitter that are present, if you are only going to buy one Butter London polish I would seriously consider this one.
Remember to check out everyone else's manis for Matte here.
